Our mission is to cultivate a generation of black youth who feel connected, empowered and equipped to overcome the barriers they face . We aim to foster leadership, cultural pride and resilience within the black community, enabling the black people to lead positive change in their neighborhood. Through structured programs and culturally relevant support , we strive to create a future where black youth are not only safe but also celebrated for their contributions, leadership and strength . This initiative envisions are more just and equitable society, led by a new generation of black leaders who are committed to the upliftment of their communities.

SUPPORT FOR VICTIMS OF GUN VIOLENCE: We work closely with victims of gun, violence , providing guidance , emotional support and access to necessary services for recovery .

YOUTH SHELTER AND VITAL SERVICES : We help black youth find access to shelters , food , and vital community services ensuring they have resources they need to thrive.

WORKSHOPS ON MENTAL HEALTH & HEALING: Our team holds regular workshops focusing on mental health awareness, emotional wellness and healing practices tailored for Black youth.

LEADERSHIP & CAPACITY BUILDING: We are committed to building the leadership skills of young people through programs that enhance their capacity to drive change in their communities.
